I cannot speak highly enough of All Points North's addiction course. This program has been nothing short of life-changing for me. Under the guidance of their dedicated team, especially Andrea Taylor, I found the support, understanding, and tools necessary to navigate through the darkest depths of addiction. Andrea Taylor's patience, care, and wise words were truly the guiding light that led me out of the fire of addiction and self-destruction. Her compassionate approach and unwavering support provided me with the strength and courage to confront my demons and embark on the journey to recovery. The course itself is expertly crafted, offering a comprehensive blend of therapeutic techniques, practical strategies, and personalized support. From group therapy sessions to individual counseling, every aspect of the program is designed to empower individuals on their path to recovery. Thanks to All Points North and Andrea Taylor, I am now equipped with the tools and mindset to live a fulfilling, sober life. I am eternally grateful for their invaluable support and highly recommend their addiction course to anyone in need of guidance and healing.

We visit Florence Gardam at the clinic. She is a very knowledgable practitioner who offers a whole range of treatments for children with autism, delayed development, adhd and similar conditions. Our experience of the clinic is excellent.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

Very unprofessional dealing with vulnerable patients, I have had a very bad experience with alternaleaf over the course of 1 year to then be told my medical records are no good and get discharged. FYI I'm a registered cannabis patient in the UK but they are still giving me a hard time and not accepting to coorect the errors in my case! Do jog use these people unless there is no other option

The clinic is very clean, welcoming, and easy to find on Harley Street. The reception staff are very polite and professional, in person and over email.

Doctor A Gauthey-Sebert was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know super clearly, putting me at ease even in that quite uneasy situation (I had my first IUD fitted). Super recommended. I'll go back to her in 5 years when I'll have to remove/replace it.

It’s been an absolute relief to have contacted the Dementech Doctor. Josephine the secretary is incredibly helpful patient and provided all the information in due time, as well as assisting my inquiry of meeting with the psychiatrist Dr Ajoy Thachil, who made himself available for my consultation. To whom I greatly respect his diagnosis and plan for treatment. You are such a wonderful team and automatically wonderful humans experience. Thank you.

It was a great experience overall. From my initial email to Bloomfield Health about my situation, all the way to the process of getting to my first appointment. I sadly had to re-arrange my appointment a couple of times due to train strikes and other issues. However the medical secretary Missy and practice manager Fernando have been a great help and are very prompt at responding to any issues or queries I had.

Dr Datta was everything we could have hoped for - experienced, qualified, wise, compassionate and pragmatic.
