I want to say a huge thank you to Dr. Finlay. His work is an art in itself. I've been suffering from multiple tachycardia and arrhythmia episodes that increased significantly during the last 6 months. The doctors put me on medications that made me tremendously sleepy and low on energy. During our first consultation, Dr. Finlay checked all the data and confirmed that he would be ready to perform an ablation procedure in my case. I had to fly in a short period of time with my grandkids, and Dr. Finlay and his team (special thanks to Kitti) managed to arrange the procedure in a very short time. Straight after the procedure, Dr. Finlay canceled all the medications that I had taken for my heart rhythm. The same day, I went home. Dr Archbold is a highly professional cardiologist, and a member of various cardiology related societies and governing bodies. He is extremely thorough when it comes to evaluation of patient's cardiovascular condition. I was referred to see a cardiologist consultant by the Nuffield 360 Health Assessment GP as my cholesterol level was high, I am overweight, and one of my parents had a stroke at the age of 60. The results of two procedures, Echocardiogram and CT Coronary Angiogram scan, showed that there were small heart abnormalities not very significant for general health of my heart and that calcification of the heart arteries was not high At the same time, I was advised to take Atorvastatin tablets to lower cholesterol levels, and a letter was sent to my GP. For some patients taking of Atorvastatin can significantly extend their life for at list for 10 years or even longer. The CT scan, unfortunately, accidentally revealed a non-cardiac issue, significant calcification of breasts. Dr Archbold took time to explain all medical findings to me. I am scheduled for a mammogram as a result of these findings. My appointments were at the Nuffield St Bartholomew Hospital, in the hear of London, with good transport links - underground, Elizabethan Line (Farrington) It is easy to get to this hospital from Canary Wharf and other parts of London.

Professor Amitava Banerjee was incredibly impressive. He was very professional and very personable at the same time during every interaction. While obviously being extremely knowledgable, which in itself was very reassuring, he was a very calm, genuine and personable; both a great doctor and a great person. He was always very attentive, never rushed and focused on the patient as an individual. During a very stressful period his knowledge, experience and manner were invaluable. We wish more were like him.
