I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles. She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques. She has been instrumental in my being able return from a deep and dark place into which I plunged four years ago. An excellent experience. You are a very good listener and I am able to relax, confident in your competence! You've helped me to understand myself and my relationships better and I feel a natural rapport with you. The only very small suggestion I would have is to send meeting invites at a consistent time before the meeting as once or twice I wasn't sure if the meeting was happening. I was extremely cautious starting grief counselling, but even in a short period it has given me exceptional insight and support.
