The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.

Cleveland Clinic is modern, clean & efficiently run. All the staff were very professional & very caring. Even the food was very good!

I had a relatively quick turnaround from my first outpatient appointment to surgigical procedure, which was excellent. From that moment the care I received from the surgical and nursing teams was first class. My subsequent stay in 15N was faultless and every aspect from catering to hour by hour care was professional and friendly. I stayed slightly longer than expected but there was no rush whatsoever to leave. Couldn’t fault it👍😀

Incredibly knowledgeable and seemed to identify the cause and required treatment incredibly quickly based on their experience.

From the moment I walked into the hospital the staff was kind and caring. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. Couldn’t wish for better experience.

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.
