I came to CATCH after struggling with addiction problems for many years. The 28 day rehab programme was truly life-changing. The compassionate therapists and supportive community provided the caring environment I needed to face my addiction head-on and develop healthier coping skills. It was a great experience overall. From my initial email to Bloomfield Health about my situation, all the way to the process of getting to my first appointment. I sadly had to re-arrange my appointment a couple of times due to train strikes and other issues. However the medical secretary Missy and practice manager Fernando have been a great help and are very prompt at responding to any issues or queries I had.
