Good but busy

I feel like all of the staff at the Whiteley clinic go above and beyond! I’ve never experienced such a friendly and helpful staff as I have there. Also, they are so thorough in taking you through every single detail of your treatment and the after-care is amazing too.

Highly recommend The London Clinic, and in particular Dr Saoirse Dolly, who I saw regarding my vague/ non-specific symptoms. All clinical and administrative staff at The London Clinic are highly skilled and compassionate, which is of great reassurance not only as a patient undergoing such investigations but also for one’s family.

The ward staff were so kind and couldn’t do enough to make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and everyone made me feel safe and welcome.

The facilities were excellent and clean. Admissions procedures well communicated and efficient. Medical nursing and physio care was excellent. Post discharge support clearly communicated.
