Her skills are made more powerful and effective through her active listening, empathy, and fantastic sense of humour during sessions, so that I have complete trust in her treatment and leave sessions feeling better in both body and mind. I could not recommend Mary highly enough and only wish I had been under her care sooner.

I can’t recommend Mr Trikha enough to anyone planning surgery for Torn cartilage in the knee joint including meniscal tear or any other surgery for that matter. I was apprehensive as this was my first ever surgery but he reassured me and thoroughly explained the procedure and outcome which made me feel at ease. I came to Gus with a calf injury which had stopped me running eight weeks out from a marathon. Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic.
