Dr Kathryn has helped me tremendously with some very difficult subject matters, she is very good at listening and it does not feels like she judges you for whatever you say.

Maria was always very supportive and easy to talk to. Her explanations of feelings and emotions were easy to understand, and the strategies were helpful. I never felt that what I gad to say was invalid or wrong and she was able to help Ms understand it was OK to feel like this.

She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques. I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.

Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. My experience with her was a great and I can't thank her enough for her time.
