I had a great experience at The Blackheath Hospital - I was well looked after and cared for. The staff were always polite and helpful and made my surgery experience very pleasant. I honestly felt safe and cared for on each of my surgeries and visits.

Experience with Dr Romil-Patel I saw doctor Romil Patel and had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience with him. I had a sever eye infection and went to see him for such reason. He prescribed me eye drops for 2 weeks which bleared my vision. As my work involves working with computer entire day - I asked Dr Patel via his secretary to put a note in the letter for my employer explaining this as the prescribed medication would affect my work. He refused to do this for a private visit for which I paid nearly £400!!!! I really do not think that this is a professional approach from his side! He was more concerned to see me in a few days and then 2 weeks so that he would be paid for such visits!

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

Very good hospital I’ve stayed there and had treatment many times very successfully staff very friendly and professional food. Excellent. Can’t recommend it highly enough

Very clean hospital, very kind staff, overall a great experience.

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end
