My experience at the hospital was amazing. From the staff to the food, i was very pleased with the service. The hospitality and accommodating staff made me feel like the hospital was a home away from home.

Efficient and polite.

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.

Overall care and communication were professional, circumspect and timely contributing to a reassuring experience.

Brilliant experience

I found the experience very good indeed.

Always great service disappointed though that I will no longer be able to come to this hospital as it no longer does choose and book even though I have been attending for the last two years I feel very let down

The staff there are very high quality. I find the clinic professional and clean and I always look forward to my appointments there. Stephanie Gorgevska has been absolutely fantastic and I am very grateful to her. She has such a nice approach and is very skilled and knowledgeable. Ellen on the phone admin team is also so good and so polite. Thank you to everyone there who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so far. Highly recommend this clinic.

Impressive cleanliness, attentive polite staff, very helpful and distinguished

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.
