I felt unheard and rushed throughout my initial consultation - Mr Shafafy was cold, and dismissive of issues I felt were relevant. My daughter has scoliosis and the curve in her spine was severe. Mr Lucas has straightened her up nicely and we are extremely pleased with the result.
