When I first came to Doctor Sian, I was in a very bad way with prolapsed discs and chronic pain, as a result this had impacted my mental health to a very dark place. I had lost the ability to live my normal life because of pain and fear. Doctor Sian was the first person to acknowledge my situation properly after years of being treated less well by other Doctors. He explained our options clearly and was always easy to talk to. Over the time I have been seeing him, I have slowly recovered from being in terrible pain, to being in a much better physical state, and my mental health has massively improved. It was because of Doctor Sian that I have been able to have my life back. Thank you Doctor Sian.

Mr Banerjee was kind, courteous and sympathetic. He listened carefully and asked relevant questions to understand how to treat my chronic symptoms. Following an MRI scan, he explained and showed me the causes for my lower back pain. As I am a keen sportsman, he suggested epidural injections rather than the option of spinal decompression/ fusion operation, so that I can continue my rock climbing and cycling activities, uninhibited Mr Banerjee performed the injection very calmly and carefully. I felt relaxed and comfortable to such an extent that my blood pressure readings remained low throughout the procedures.

I don't have issues with the doctor, but the lack of responsiveness from his medical team has made it almost impossible to move forward with my treatment. He needs better administrative support so his patients don't have to go through such a frustrating experience and delay treatment.

I am so happy that our paths crossed with Mr. Foroughi at the time when I was diagnosed with a condition. He has been the calming force that I needed, he answered all my questions, explained everything in detail, always checked on me to make sure everything was going to plan. Mr Verganis is exceptionally professional and kind. Obviously he has a wealth of experience and is an expert in his field. I was about to make an appointment for an assessment relating to restless leg syndrome as I was experiencing constant twitching and restlessness in both legs whenever I lay down. Mr Harris carried out spinal surgery on my daughter, he is always very clear and considered when talking to you, calm when dealing with highly stressed parents. the surgery resulted in a better result that expected, and we would recommend Mr Harris to anyone undergoing spinal surgery. His secretary is exceptional, always responsive and available!

Mr Mendoza, Was Very Knowledge and reassuring, he provided a through review of the MRI and I left feeling happier that my headaches were not a result of the concerns i had Also, appreciating that the headaches were still causing me distress, Mr Mendoza advised he would advise that further referral would be beneficial
