As an NHS patient, Mr Tibrewal worked hard to allow me to be treated at Nuffield Health in Brentwood so that my surgery could take place after being on the waiting list 17 months for ACL reconstruction - a surgery I had needed after injuring myself in 2020. I recently saw Mr Khan for patella tendinopathy. From start to finish he was professional and reassuring. He explained the condition and the options available to me, listened to my concerns and ultimately put my mind at ease. I loved the diagrams he drew and how he pointed out the problem on the MRI scan. I came away feeling that really knew what was happening inside my body and what I needed to do to get back on track. Nothing was too much trouble. I have had my injection, am well into my physiotherapy treatment and the knee feels great. Thank you Mr Khan.

Very friendly and informative explanation of the injury, need for surgery and my concerns about recovery. The consultation eased any challenges I had and I feel more comfortable about having the surgery.

Overall, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise in his field. He was able to address my concerns with clear and insightful information, which was very reassuring. However, I did feel that the appointment was somewhat rushed. I would have appreciated a bit more time to discuss my issues in detail and to feel fully heard. While I understand that doctors have tight schedules, a slightly more relaxed pace would greatly enhance the patient experience.
