Very clean, calm down experience.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Very good allergy nurse. Plan longer waiting time.

I was given an immediate personal appointment following a phone call. Dr Miller gave me his focussed attention and I was hugely relieved to be in the hands of such a competent highly expert professional. He went through my symptoms carefully and comprehensively, he advised a range of blood tests and I understood fully the implications of each. The tests were carried out carefully. He briefed me on my symptoms and I was glad to be under the care of such a skilled doctor. I returned the next day for treatment, and he followed up after hours when I developed further symptoms. At all times my anxiety about my condition was reduced due to the sense of empathetic competency that I experienced.

This was my first time in hospital at age 68. I was worried about things. The staff at the King Edward VII were wonderful at making me at ease and addressing my concerns.

Thoroughly enjoyed my treatment with Leanne. A very professional & friendly practitioner. She put me at my ease straight away as I arrived slightly late & flustered!

An excellent experience from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment very quickly which was such a relief. Friendly staff who had time to treat me as an individual. Excellent care all round.

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.
