Ms Flemming was very warm and friendly and helped to answer all my questions. The doctor made sure to carry out all extended tests thoroughly.

Very pleasant, experienced, honest and direct. The only feedback I have is I left the appointment ‘unsure’ (referring to consultation appointment). But then I was told that all would be explained in my pre-assessment after.

Answered all my questions and explained me everything I needed to know. He allocated good quantity of time for my appointment, so we had the opportunity to discuss all my concerns, the results from the ultrasound and the medical treatment. Very highly recommend! Dr McIndoe is always so lovely, professional, polite and always takes the time to ask how I’m doing in all aspects of my life. I feel completely at ease around him especially as I don’t particularly enjoy smear tests.
