Booking an appointment was easy and able to get same/next day slots. Had two appointments, one I got seen early and the second one while late, the communication around this was very good

Dr. Sera is the most attentive, thorough Dr. I've ever had. I appreciate her care endlessly, and her staff are top notch.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.
