Overall a very positive experience. I didn't have to wait very long and the appointment with Mr Kassam was very useful.

On the video consultation I found Dr zkrell quite brusqueand dismissive.

Professor Kitchen and the nursing team at the center were all professional, friendly, courteous, and informative with a lot of patience. Special thanks to Christian who exudes a sense of comfort and assurance. Everyone was very attentive every step of the way, the team knew what the patient would experience and had pre-emptive action ready all the time. I can't imagine going through this procedure anywhere else.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Easy and helpful

I had a positive experience of my surgery and stay. The hospital is lovely very comfortable and clean. Certainly made a stressful time for me much easier. The nursing staff that cared for me were wonderful. Including the intensive care team who were truly amazing. I felt so safe and that the nurses genuinely cared and did everything they could to keep me comfortable. The surgical team were great at keeping me calm and talking me through what was happening. Would recommend treatment here.

Excellent care. Professional and clear explanation

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

The hospital staff was very pleasant and helpful. No long wait for my appointment.
