I cannot rate Monica highly enough. I approached Monica due to blood tests which severely put me on the Diabetic spectrum. Monica quickly assessed my condition liaised with my consultants and put a diet, and put together an exercise, which i am amazed, that in a matter of a few weeks has started to reverse my condition whereby my Blood Glucose HBA1C levels are returning to a normal state. Monica is so knowledgeable about my condition and what needed to be done, her explanations and directions were clear and precise. Since doing the Lightning Process with Kate, I have managed to take huge steps in my recovery from ME/CFS. I have more energy, and am able to be much more active than I have been before.
