Friendly and professional

The staff are very friendly. The nurse who works with Dr Nida Chammas is lovely. I look forward to seeing her every time I visit. I had a blood test taken in the clinic downstairs and nearly fainted (I hadn't eaten and hate needles). The nurse I had was lovely and provided me food and fanned me with paper until I felt better. He was fantastic.

The staff were welcoming, checked I was content with everything. Kept me up to date on what was happening. I was worried about the procedure (I was anxious due to my previous stroke) but they then spent time helping me relax and advised me on the help I could get to reduce my anxiety.

The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the service was prompt and professional.

My experience with Urology Partners was first rate. The procedure, from my point of view, was exactly as I was told it would be. The only concerns I had were in regard to car parking and missing consultations.
