It has been an overall very positive exeperience to me.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

My overall experience was very good. Absolutely no complaints. Staff are friendly and always attentive.
