Pleasant experience, no issues

Staff were great and the experience was very efficient

The London clinic is an excellent facility with great service and delicious food. my only negative point was the blood sample taking. some of the staff really cannot take blood samples which meant that i experienced a lot of pain. eventually the Fla botanist was called and samples taken with no issues. so all well at the end

Staff were so great, friendly caring I felt so well looked after… the clinic is so clean

The seating in the OPD waiting area is far from satisfactory-with 'sweat stains' on the fabric seats. Picking a seat that is less stained was the priority. Otherwise lovely.

Dr William Wall explained each step etc which was useful.

Very friendly atmosphere.

Professor Kitchen and the nursing team at the center were all professional, friendly, courteous, and informative with a lot of patience. Special thanks to Christian who exudes a sense of comfort and assurance. Everyone was very attentive every step of the way, the team knew what the patient would experience and had pre-emptive action ready all the time. I can't imagine going through this procedure anywhere else.

The whole team was beyond expectation. Thanks Anastasia for your positive energy,, support and friendliness. Dr Johnson and her entourage made this difficult time reassuring and very professional.
