Clean, efficient and superb care

Very professionally run. Excellent facilities and very clean.

Friendly and efficient staff who, I felt, were very caring and concerned for my wellbeing. Outcome was what I hoped for but would have liked a little more flexibility in terms of timing.

I had a home visit for a blood test from Chiamaka, she was so friendly & reassuring. She was so pleasant to have in my house & to take my blood. Cannot sing her praises enough with how comfortable and ease she made me feel.

The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the service was prompt and professional.

The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.
