My overall experience was excellent . The explanations of the procedure at the initial consultation were clear and easily understood.The procedure itself was a great success .I left the hospital after 48 hours with one crutch and no pain .I was walking without any support 2 days later . The 2 follow up meetings after 1 and 3 months were thorough and confirmed the success of the procedure .

My experience of Miss Tross is very positive. She is very professional and approachable, explaining everything in good detail and in a language that is understandable.

Miss Arshad has a very friendly and relaxed manner which immediately puts you at ease, she talks with confidence and authority yet puts complicated things across in a way that a layman can understand.

Mr Lewis has provided excellent advice and care since I first met him in 2021. My experience of hip surgery with Mr William Bartlett was a very positive one. From the first consultation he gave me the opportunity to ask relevant questions, listened to my concerns and gave me plenty of, literature, time and space to consider all the options without any pressure to make decisions. He and his team on the 4th floor of the Hip Unit gave excellent care, communication and consideration. The surgery went completely smoothly and Mr Bartlett’s post op care was exemplary, visiting me daily on the ward and again giving me the opportunity to contact him at any time with any concerns. I would be happy to recommend Mr Bartlett and his team to anyone who needs hip surgery with all due care and attention.

Mr Malik explained all benefits and risks in order for me to decide on my left hip replacement or otherwise. It is 6 weeks after the surgery, my mobility is brilliant and all arthritic pain is gone.
