I have had a successful partial knee replacement performed by Dr Hanna, and my experience has been excellent. From my first appointment with him, everything was explained in a very clear and easy to understand way. The doctor was very supportive and caring during the whole recovery process. Having seen other orthopaedic surgeons and undergone surgey previously on the same issue, seeing Mr Malik felt like the first actual 'Consultant' appointment. For clarity, I wanted to see Mr Malik due to his cited specialities of assisting younger sportspeople back to participation. We discussed options, potential routes, risks and benefits to each before settling upon a choice. Mr Malik was thorough and open in the conversations and I felt listened to throughout. The surgery was a success, and having gone from a place of very little hope in making a good recovery to the knee problems, I have ended up with the potential of returning to a life of activity. This wasn't seen as an option previously, and I can only thank Mr Malik for his time, input and patience in working with me.

Very professional and clear

I recently saw Mr Khan for patella tendinopathy. From start to finish he was professional and reassuring. He explained the condition and the options available to me, listened to my concerns and ultimately put my mind at ease. I loved the diagrams he drew and how he pointed out the problem on the MRI scan. I came away feeling that really knew what was happening inside my body and what I needed to do to get back on track. Nothing was too much trouble. I have had my injection, am well into my physiotherapy treatment and the knee feels great. Thank you Mr Khan.
