All good met my expectations

Nick was absolutely brilliant when I came to him with plantar fasciitis He didn’t just send me away with a list of exercises, he explained everything thoroughly so I knew why the exercises were needed. He went above and beyond treating the r symptoms of my injury by analysing and then changing my running technique to prevent further injuries.

Mark is a fantastic therapist, kind and thoughtful, adjusting exercises and training as the weeks went by to match my progress and needs (which also meant it never got boring or repetitive and I actually stuck to the programme). He has an in-depth knowledge of the procedure I had (full knee replacement) so could answer all my random questions, whether about the odd ache or clicky noise, my range of movement, the wound itself, or even how to get out of a bath, so I felt reassured and supported during the recovery. I found Mark very respectful in a personal sense, in terms of hands-on physio, and also in my home environment. He's warm, friendly and also extremely punctual!
