Mr Culpan is brilliant, from the moment we stepped into his office he put us as ease with his experience and expertise in his field. the attention to details to make sure I was ready for my surgery was 2nd to none and there was no stone unturned to ensure i had the best experience possible whilst taking care of his personal health and wellbeing. From the first consultation to the surgery through to the follow up has been outstanding.

The appointment felt very rushed. I was in there for all of a minute, was told I had torn my MCL and MPFL, was not shown the MRI images and have since asked to see the images but have not been sent them and have told they're not accessible. Wasn't told how bad the tears were, or any exercises to do, or what to do, what not to do, and wasn't told recovery time or any long lasting damage. Felt very unaware of what to do after the appointment

My appointment was my first appointment for a concern for my 1 year old, so I was understandably nervous. Not only was Dr Ray incredible with me - making me feel instantly at ease, heard, and validated - but she was also absolutely amazing with my little boy, giving out stickers and playing boo around her desk. He absolutely loved her. Dr Ray made what was a scary prospect actually a really nice, comforting experience and she will be my first port of call for any health concerns for my beloved children in future!

Mr Jaiswal came highly recommended as a hip surgeon, and I was not disappointed. He took the time to answer all my queries and I am, so far, happy with the result!

Mr Walczak welcomed both me and my husband and, after a few questions, proceeded to explain the options available to me, including surgery, and what would be involved. I mentioned my apprehension and aversion to needles at which point he made every effort to put my mind at rest. Following the results of the X-rays a further discussion took place where, again, Mr Walczak took the time and trouble to explain the pros and cons of the proposed operation.

A very approachable and reassuring consultant who did an excellent job on my revisionist hip replacement.

Good manner and explained in simple terms all that was going to happen, together with expected outcomes. 10 months on after a double hip replacement and walking out of the hospital unaided two days after surgery, I'm back to badminton, golf and five-a-side football.
