The hospital was competent and helpful

The whole experience was very good. I had a mammogram , which was most thoroughly and efficiently done, and then saw Miss Roche for my check up

From the moment I entered the building (feeling somewhat apprehensive as I was there for an operation under GA) I felt reassured and welcomed. A member of staff (a nurse I think) who I saw arriving just before 7am made me feel welcome immediately, and explained where I needed to go. Every member of staff I met during my stay was caring, kind, empathetic and compassionate. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. The theatre staff were reassuring and kind. The Consultant anaesthetist explained what would happen, listened and distracted me effectively. The surgeon listened to me and answered my questions. He explained what would happen and what to expect in the coming days post operatively. All the nursing staff were truly wonderful. They were empathetic, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. I cannot thank the nursing staff enough. They listened to my concerns and were reassuring and gave knowledgeable explanations to my questions. Thank you to you all.

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

Everything went okay at was excellent very friendly people here I recommend this place the rest of the family should come if they have two or need 10 out of 10

The care I received at Ashtead hospital was excellent. The staff are friendly, dedicated and helpful. All my appointments were on time. The cleanliness and standard of hygiene are very high. It was a very good experience.
