The changes to Blackheath are dreadful. The waiting area if ridiculous. The staff having to shout to call patients is awful. The day case rooms are like prison cells. The parking is now beyond ridiculous.

The staff are very pleasant and I have to give 5 stars to the Phlebotomists in particular. I have deep veins and they always manage to take bloods from me in the most pain free way possible.

Stayed for one night after my operation. Was also seen by Mr. Andrews and nurses pre and post operation. Happy with the hospital, hope the level of service they provide will mot go down over time.

Endoscopy and coloscopy, perfect wake up, no pain, home made sandwich, fruit juice and Leonidas chocolates. Great team in all services.

I arrived and found there was parking so that was a good sign. Friendly reception staff who booked me in & directed me to the 2nd. Checked in with upstairs staff very friendly.
