Excellent. Well organised, friendly and efficient

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.

Good location in London.

The seating in the OPD waiting area is far from satisfactory-with 'sweat stains' on the fabric seats. Picking a seat that is less stained was the priority. Otherwise lovely.

Great clinic, easy to access and park. The staff are friendly and professional , the premises are clean and spacious and the nurses have a fantastic manner with the children .

Easy going friendly helpful staff

Friendly and efficient staff who, I felt, were very caring and concerned for my wellbeing. Outcome was what I hoped for but would have liked a little more flexibility in terms of timing.

The reception from Andre and Shabana set the tone and calmed us in a stressful situation
