Easy to navigate. All staff are pleasant and helpful.

Customer services at the front desk could be a bit more friendly. Nurses were kind and understanding.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

Appointments ran on time, I was seen quickly and taken to the correct waiting area. Everyone was polite & friendly throughout my experience.

Only issue was that I was sent the wrong date via text for my appointment and when I tried ringing several numbers couldn't get an answer - this was on a Friday/Saturday and my appointment was supposed to be on the Tuesday and it was a bank holiday weekend so I arrived at the hospital on Tuesday not knowing where to go or whether the procedure was actually taking place that day as I didn't receive the confirmation letter either
