This is the second time I’ve had the same experience. I gave my prescription to the lady over the counter. She passed it on the people at the back and then I just waited and waited. Nobody gave me any indication on whether you had all the prescriptions and how long I’ll need to wait. More communication (than zero) would make this whole experience a 5. So simple.

Relaxed, informative, friendly, kind, have nothing to compare it to but my daughter felt very relaxed during the online meetings and felt the advise she was given was very helpful
