Rapid procedure, nice meal after procedure. Only issue is getting through to admin team on phone. It is too difficult.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, couldn't fault any of the staff. Finding my way to the private ward was confusing, having to go through the A&E reception and got lost in a maze of corridors.
