The medical part of Chelsea Outpatient Centre was absolutely fine. My only issue was that on entering the building, which was security controlled which I was not aware of, the man at the desk was actually quite rude and asked me where I was going.

Everyone I met was friendly and professional. The only minor comments I could make are that the control for the bed was a little impractical for the patient to use. I could see that effort had been put into making the food a better experience, and catering for a hospital is very difficult, that said nutrition is really important for recovery if anything further could be done.

Very good experience although much longer wait than anticipated. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful

Small clinic meant it felt intimate and the staff were always so attentive - much more personable than going to a hospital for scans / check-ups

The clinic is ok, staff is helpful, the only small thing was having to re-fill the registration form.
