A 5 star experience. My wife and I have been using TLOC For many years for different issues requiring surgery. We have always been totally impressed with the level of service, the friendliness of the staff but more importantly the professionalism and skill of the technical staff. I have tried other clinics for small surgery but always returns to TLOC.

Outstanding facilities

Excellent staff and very prompt.

The hospital is very clean, this includes the reception, waiting area, toilets, corridors, consultation rooms and wards. The waiting area is spacious, bright and a wide range of teas and coffee are also provided free of charge. All of the staff a very friendly and they remind you about parking should you forget although it is clearly written everywhere. The hospital easy to locate and parking, although limited, is free of charge.

Brilliant experience

Very nice hospital, good food options and all staff were professional and friendly.

Parking was really bad, I had to double park and was worried I would get a ticket.

Overall a positive experience but I saw a spider hanging in the children section on the waiting area and also a little insect/bug on the floor. I liked that there was a section where to make a coffe while waiting and also the fish tank.

The Shoulder Practice was very pleasant, clean, easy to find and my appointment was on time.
