I totally trust and have faith in this man.

Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!

Mr Karim explained everything to me about my illness and the procedure I had. He was very good during the procedure and had a very good bedside manner.

Mr. Ramwell was very thorough answering my questions and I felt reassured and comfortable with the next steps.

Miss Souvatzi is a wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and caring doctor. She took the time to explain everything to me with detail, compassion and empathy. She offered me a lot of support and a clear plan for further treatment. Thank you Miss Souvatzi.
