Great care and attention

The seating in the OPD waiting area is far from satisfactory-with 'sweat stains' on the fabric seats. Picking a seat that is less stained was the priority. Otherwise lovely.

Check in staff need educating where is best for visitors to check in and also in knowing what the likely delays are in being able to have a test done and to see one's consultant.

The experience at the Portland Hospital was good. The hospital provided necessary support after my delivery and the staff members are very caring and supportive.

Very friendly atmosphere. I like that they also offer scans as part of the consultation if needed. My consultant made me feel at ease and answered any questions and concerns which reassured me.
