His level of expertise and experience really came across which helped reassure and put me at ease for the ACL Reconstruction I was to undertake. Mr Kazzaz was the 4th surgeon I had seen regarding my back issues, and therefore I had a hesitation about how this experience would differ from the previous 4 years of treatments. Mr Kazzaz was extremely patient, listened to my symptoms, experiences and interventions taken thus far. He explained the course of action he would take, how the potential outcomes would influence any next steps, and crucially, WHY. He is clearly a very skilled surgeon but his interpersonal skills match his surgical skills. The recovery process from my operation has been swift, as complication free as you could hope for, and the scars are extremely neat. I felt that he was invested in my quality of life both pre and post any surgical intervention and I am truly grateful for him giving me my mobility and my lease of life back.

From start to Finnish of this process Dr Jalgaonka and all of the medical staff were very professional and gave explanations on every possible eventuality, i could not of felt any more welcoming and made at ease through the entire time. very impressed is an understatement.
