Maria was always very supportive and easy to talk to. Her explanations of feelings and emotions were easy to understand, and the strategies were helpful. I never felt that what I gad to say was invalid or wrong and she was able to help Ms understand it was OK to feel like this.

The standard of care provided by Dr Brian Kaplan is always excellent in every respect. He always responds in a very timely manner to my requests for advice or for a consultation. Over the past two years I have benefited greatly from frequent 'in person' consultations from Dr Kaplan when he is always ready to give me in-depth explanations of my conditions and of the action of medications, whether orthodox or homeopathic. I always feel rejuvenated and full of the power of healing after a consultation, particularly after following his guidance in Autogenic training sessions. Dr Kaplan is also always very generous with advice by email or over the phone between consultations, and is generous in imparting his wisdom gained by his study of a wide range of healing methods over the years. Overall, I know that he is a powerful ally to have 'in my corner' to help me deal with and overcome any medical (physical or psychological) problems that I encounter.

I had a pleasure working with Dr Olga Konstantinidou for almost a year and it was an incredible journey. Since the first session I was made welcome and felt like sessions with her are the safe place for me to share my pain and troubles. She helped me immensely to overcome my challenges, guiding me through the process and teaching me new techniques. An excellent experience. You are a very good listener and I am able to relax, confident in your competence! You've helped me to understand myself and my relationships better and I feel a natural rapport with you. The only very small suggestion I would have is to send meeting invites at a consistent time before the meeting as once or twice I wasn't sure if the meeting was happening. I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.
