Always had a good experience there

Good overall experience except for when filling out and signing the required documents at the reception desk. There was hardly any room to do this on the counter and no place to sit down and study the documents properly.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

This was my first time in hospital at age 68. I was worried about things. The staff at the King Edward VII were wonderful at making me at ease and addressing my concerns.
