The team at the Nuffield Leeds were outstanding, especially the staff on the ward, their attention to detail and kindness made the whole experience stress free and with assurance of their intention to look after me as the patient, but also my Husband as a visitor.

Professional staff, excellent service especially the a la carte meal times

Parking is an absolute nightmare! No cups with the water machine and there was a bit of a wait in a very full waiting room. But apart from that it was fine. Just really need to sort out parking.

I cannot fault the care I received. There is a clear ‘one team’ ethic. Handover between nurses shifts was always explained in advance. The whole healthcare team was friendly, welcoming and efficient.
