Very friendly atmosphere.

My mum really enjoyed meeting Dr Tom Maclaren. He was very friendly and patient and was able to put her at ease. The memory assessment was thorough and the report was extremely comprehensive and helpful. The prescribed medication is also making a difference. We had to chase on the initial appointment and report so these aspects could be improved. However, we would have no hesitation recommending the clinic.

The ward staff were so kind and couldn’t do enough to make sure I was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious and everyone made me feel safe and welcome.

Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. Good clinic with friendly and helpful staff. More parking would be helpful.

Very efficient service

We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.
