Dr Pringle was excellent. He explained everything in a concise manner that was reassurring and factual at the same time. He found the issue, gave me options and suggested what he thought would be the best approach. He operated immaculately on my eye and I left the clinic feeling confident and reassured. Dr. Singh is an incredible practitioner. He is extremely patient and kind and seems to care deeply about his patients. I am new to the UK medical system and he has taken a great deal of time explaining how things work here and helping me to find the correct treatment and work within the system. He is extraordinarily responsive to questions and frequently gets back to me the same day, even if it's outside of normal business hours. I have seen a lot of practitioners and rarely have I felt that they truly understand my condition and are interested in discussing possible treatments. Dr. Singh is exceptional in that respect. I have never felt rushed or that I've been anything other than a top priority at each appointment. I cannot recommend Dr. Singh more highly. My experience with Dr Hamdulay has been excellent. He took his time to understand my situation and didn’t make me feel like I was asking stupid questions like I had with another specialist. He took the right steps to assess my problem and explained the process in a clear and understandable way. Once the test results were in he discussed them with me and made me feel at ease. Good experience!

My consultation with Dr Farah was excellent; his deep knowledge was very evident, but he was also keen to understand my particular patient journey. I feel relieved to be under the care of Dr Farah and impressed by the urgency with which he has gone about moving my case forwards.

Dr Mallik explained the procedure really well, he spent time advising me and answering my queries. He is friendly and down to earth. On the whole, it was a pleasure to have such a personable, helpful doctor.
