I went at a busy time. Although there were several people waiting at the reception, the receptionist tried their best to help everyone quickly.

It was the first time I experienced a private hospital and it was a good experience (and made me wish I was a private patient, and living in London).

Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. Comments in comparison to other hospitals in London - Need dressing gowns or a second gown to preserve modesty to walk down to theatre. Not available in the room and not offered. - Room too cold, needed heater on - Food average/poor. Strange to be told I was limited to how many items I could order from each section. - staff kind and friendly

Always very clean and efficient

It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.
