Friendly, efficient people to deal with.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

From reception to nursing staff to physio to consultant - all were patient, kind and professional.

Great experience, process was fast and smooth including the registration at the reception. Receptionist wasn’t the friendliest person I have ever met, however overall was a great experience

Excellent care and very kind and helpful staff.Always came immediately if required.I was never made to feel uncomfortable or a nuisance however adequate times I needed help.Medical staff all very experienced and felt completely safe in their hands.

Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating
