I had an utterly appalling experience at Lindo Wing. The staff exhibited blatant rudeness and hostility, especially one receptionist—a woman with short, blonde-dyed hair, possibly of African Caribbean descent. Despite merely inquiring about the location of my scheduled TC scan, she unleashed a barrage of intimidation tactics. In front of everyone, she barked, "This is a private clinic; it's not here." The incredulous looks from her colleagues spoke volumes. Feeling utterly humiliated and insulted, I retorted that while I might be a private client, her behavior was unacceptable. Shockingly, she didn't offer an apology or attempt to rectify her egregious mistake. Left to fend for myself, I had to seek out the test location, with a colleague eventually pointing me across the street. This experience was nothing short of a shambles. It's disgraceful that anyone, particularly an elderly individual, should endure such treatment. Shame on her.

Modern, clean and nice staff throughout.

I have just completed a 6 night stay at the Cromwell hospital and could not be more grateful for the wonderful service that I received The staff were always willing to help and support and provide excellent care in a first class facility

From reception to nursing staff to physio to consultant - all were patient, kind and professional.

The best experience that you could possibly want. It's a shame that this sort of experience isn't on the NHS; thankfully we have a choice.

The practice is accommodating the requests and they also do their best to meet the needs of the patient. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

I have used this facility on several occasions over the years and have no negatives experience.

It was an excellent experience given the circumstances and the way it started/could have ended.
