I am still under treatment, my trigger injection delivery did not come on time , I had to travel all the way to guys hospital and they had no injection as well in pharmacy. I was given nasal instead. Delivery arrived after I had my treatment. Getting InTouch to the nurses on phone is difficult. Call centre number does not respond I wait for 40 minutes and hung up at last , I had to travel all the way to the hospital to ask a question. Some information was provided too late and I was not well informed on the next plan unless I approached the nurse. I have emailed the matron to tell her about my anxiety caused by those incidents and I hope the 2nd phase will go smooth. Thanks

Highgate hospital is excellent. All of the staff are polite and skilled. 5 star!

Perfectly fine.

The staff and nursing team are always very friendly and welcome you to the hospital making sure your visit is as comfortable as possible. The toilets could be kept better as there is often paper on the floor or taps left running which is not cost-efficient with water pouring away. I know this is also down to the patients but perhaps signage would help saying to leave the facility as you wish to find them and remember to turn the taps off. The car park is awful and marked out bays would help so more cars could park. Some people leave too big a gap between them and the next car reducing the parking places available.

Exemplary facility in a convenient central London location. The medical and general staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
