The consultant, physio and nursing staff were all great. Didn't have too long a wait from first consultation to surgery, so very pleased.

My experience was very positive. Making the appointments was very easy and clear instructions were given. The staff were very friendly, patient and put one at ease. The procedure itself was quick, easy and painless.

Parking is horrendous but service excellent

It was the first time I have used private medical care and it certainly lived up to the expectations I had of it. The staff especially were extremely efficient and again that word friendly applies making the whole experience much more agreeable than I was expecting.
