Very friendly staff

I had a home visit for a blood test from Chiamaka, she was so friendly & reassuring. She was so pleasant to have in my house & to take my blood. Cannot sing her praises enough with how comfortable and ease she made me feel.

The doctor was very caring , easy to speak too and the receptionsts were polite and very helpful. I was seen quickly. Many thanks.

Impeccable as it always it

The hospital is based in the heart of London with good transport connections - St Paul's Tube station. Elizabethan line (Farringdon). The hospital is located it two modern buildings - outpatient and inpatient buildings, it is very clean inside, The hospital staff are polite and helpful. Some of the Consultants are from the Barts Health, The Royal London and St Bartholomew Hospital, the leading NHS Hospitals in London. The hospital is equipped with state of the art equipment. There is a pharmacy on site. Appointments are available at a short notice.

Hospital staff very helpful Only problem was the toilet not flashing after use and how ever used the toilet before me had the same problem the bowl was full

We received excellent care at the New Victoria Hospital. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful - in particular the nurse who supported us through the day and monitored my son once he left the recovery area. We felt extremely well cared for throughout our stay and have had excellent follow-up care too.
