great experience and service at Cleveland Clinic

I found the receptionists very professional and very helpful. The environment and atmosphere was good. It was very busy but well organised.

The reception and floor staff were very friendly

The location was easy to access by car with plenty of parking spaces. The building was modern and clean Cleaners were visible and in action constantly There were useful toilets.which were clean and regularly checked. One was able to make a hot drink from a machine while waiting. As ideal a venue as one could hope for.
