We live near the Lister and chose our health insurance because of its association with the hospital. It is convenient and the staff and doctors are, on the whole, excellent. We have had brilliant care there from them from an emergency appendectomy to shoulder treatment, however the urgent care centre can, on occasion, be a bit less than caring.

The culture promotes confidence and a sense of security. The corporate objective of “putting patients first” has real meaning for clinicians and other staff.

Spire London East is east to get to, easy to park, everyone was friendly and a nice calm environment all round. Great experience.

My elderly mother was admitted and had a surgical procedure. The level of care and treatment from all has been nothing short of outstanding. Friendly, professional and caring from the porters up to the consultant.

The outpatient, imaging and physiotherapist departments were fine.
